Homemade doughnuts

Growing up my mom would always make homemande doughnuts. All it is is refigerator biscuits like from Pillsbury, oil for frying, powder and granulated sugar. You heat up the oil, push a whole through the raw biscuit, fry, dip in sugar of your choice! I'm sure there are lots of ways of doing this. When my mom did it it was a special treat for sure!! I could not wait to try with Gregory. They were so good!!! And Galactosemia safe!

We're going to Disney Land!!!!

Gregory turns the big 5 on February 2nd! Last night I told him my mom and I are taking him to Disney Land!!!!!

Bless his heart . . . he has no idea this place even exists. But last night after telling him, showing him You Tube Videos and telling him all his favorite stars live there . . . he was beyond excited!!!!

This is, personally, one of mommys favorite places. I am so excited to see it through Gregory's eyes!!!! It will be a memory to last a life time I'm sure. AND, we're doing the 3 day pass!!!!! I've never done that. Not even 2! I'm so exited to just go, take our time, and soak it all in!!!

Mamo!!

My mom . . . Gregory's Grandma, Mamo . . . came to visit us for New Years! She works for the airlines so she comes here from Idaho once a month! So fun!

Here is Gregory and I waiting for her to arrive at the airport!

That day we went to Arizona Mills Mall. Mamo treated to a carousel ride!

Then we went to the Sea Life Aquarium there! I've always wanted to take Gregory there! It was so much fun!

They had everything there! Was very impressed!

"Oh, I love you mamo!"

I had never seen a sea horse in person. So cool!

Sharks! Oh my!

The sea turtle was the main attraction! Everyone, including ourselves, were so mesmerized by this animal! Why is that? Isn't he just the cutest?!

These jelly fish were beautiful!

Of course in the gift shop mamo bought him a stuffed shark. They decided to name him Shelly.

Christmas

Hope you all had a very Merry Christmas! We started Christmas Eve with making our traditional "Happy Birthday Jesus" cake.  Totally Glacatosemia friendly! Gregory loved doing the sprinkles!

Then we went over to my dads to spend Christmas Eve with Papo and Mimi! It was so much fun!

Oh my handsome Christmas Boy!

We went out to dinner. Gregory loves his frys. He just shoves them in his mouth! LOL!

We went and looked at Christmas lights and then back to their house to get in our jammies, have a fire and open presents!

It was a very fun and special night! Thank you papo and mimi!
